Chigusa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八王子食堂という名のお店は２軒あって、ナチュラル食材を利用した日々と居酒屋どっぷりの絶滅的の２軒になります。客層も対局的な感じですね。建国記念日の祭日のランチタイムの12時ごろに訪問しました。先客にカップル客、後から知人と思しきひとり客でした。オーダーは日替り定食半額(木)～(土)の3日間790円→390円税別だったので、日替り定食は何ですかと聞いてUG丼です、と？？？言われ、豚丼です、と言い直して理解できたのでそれと、緑茶杯390円にしました。 7，8分くらいで緑茶杯と一緒にお膳にのって提供されました。別に肉のそぼろと漬物がついてます。豚肉が牛丼チェーンの豚肉よりも相当にたくさんのってます。乾燥葱が少しかかってますが、七味をかけてからいただきました。つゆが少なくご飯と豚肉炒めをしっかりと味わってご馳走様でした。会計は820円（計算違い？５％？）でしたが、帰り際にどうしてUG丼なのかを聞いたところ、店主さんが「ユージ」さんということで納得のUG丼でした。 There are two restaurants called Hachioji Shokudo, one that uses natural ingredients and the other that is full of izakaya.
