★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて免許をとり3カ月前にこちらで走行距離6000キロ2006年式のスポーツスターを購入しました。絶品という看板とポリシーに書いてある、良質なコンディションの車両をお客様へご提供できるよう自社ファクトリーにて最高のメンテナンス＆調律を実施いたします。という文章が安心できた為こちらで購入を決めました。1000キロ程走った先日、エンジンからオイルにじみがでました。まだ3カ月と間もないトラブルにショックをうけました。対応をお願いし駆けつけてもらうと、なんだ、忙しいのにこんな事で呼ぶな！ハーレー乗りはみんなエンジンからオイルが漏れてもオイルを拭きながら乗るのが常識だと一喝されました。ガスケットなんて数百円の代物だと言われました。良質なコンディションで売るのがポリシーで数百円で済むのなら車両購入時に整備してくれておいても良いのでは？と思いました。結局有料での修理になるそうです。中古車とはそういうものだと言われてしまったので知識のない私が悪いのですが、一般の販売店と比べてどこの辺りが絶品なのか初心者の自分にはよくわかりませんでした。
その後、すぐにヘッドライトが点かなくなりキジマのステルスをつけてもらったはずが、調べてみたら信玄
というメーカーのものがシールを剥がされ取り付けられていました。問合せると同じHID系のランプだから全く問題ないとの事、呆れて声も出ませんでした。
