受付のスタッフが対応に慣れていないのか、なかなか話が進まず、後で掛け直していただけることになりました。
そこから一か月以上音沙汰なく、痺れを切らしてこちらから連絡したら、忘れていたかのようで、その３日後にようやく見積りが送られてくる始末。
依頼が不安になり他業者にも連絡をしてみたら、そちらの業者さんはすぐに現場を見にきてくださり、何度もあちらから連絡をくださいました。見積もり結果もこちらの見積もり額より2,000円ほど安くなったため、結局こちらへの依頼は断る運びとなりました。
値段が全てとは思いませんが、恐らく同じ値段でもこちらには頼まなかったと思います。会社と客の関係である前に、人と人との関係で商売は成り立つと思います。
対応の一つ一つで印象は変わってしまいます。

When I was worried about the request and contacted another company, that company immediately came to see the site and contacted me many times. The estimate result was also about 2,000 yen cheaper than this estimate, so I decided to decline the request after all.
I don't think the price is everything, but I think I probably didn't ask for the same price. Before the relationship between the company and the customer, I think that business is established by the relationship between people.
The impression will change with each response.
