 I don't know if it's a break, but there are people who stop the shuttle car and take a nap in a place with few traffic.

介護施設の職員なのかチンピラなのか区別がつかなかった。
とてもじゃないが、近いというだけで家族を預ける気にはならない。
When the fire broke out next door, the staff were desperately abusive to the active firefighters.
I couldn't tell if it was a long-term care facility employee or a thug.
Not really, but just because it's close doesn't make me feel like leaving my family.
