★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ひと昔前であれば、上から目線で色々言われるのが当たり前だった、いわゆる「お上」ですが、窓口担当の女性はとても丁寧で、こちらに非がある話に伺った際にも気遣いある対応を頂けました。
おそらく、非常勤の公務員 (一般に言うパートさん)だと思いますが、この方たちの方が正規の県職員によく見る机上ばかりのマニュアル人間より、よほど優れた対応をしてくれます。

Probably part-time civil servants (generally referred to as part-time workers), but they are much better at dealing with them than the desk-top manual people that regular officials often see.
