★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付でネットなどで次回予約してくれと言われて次回予約しました。そしたら後日に電話が来てその日は難しいということが何度かありました。理由を聞いたらネット予約は反映されないとのことでした。ネット予約でもいいですと言うけれども、ネット予約できない状態が半年以上続いたので、ネット予約不可にするか、改善するかしてほしいです。仕事上、勤務内でケータイが使えないので、ネット予約できることも踏まえて歯科を選んでいるわけですから。
そのことに関して、こちらとしては予約がキャンセルされたのに謝罪がないこともありました。そのような対応はどうかと思いました。
追記
他社の予約システムではなく、ホームページの予約システムから予約をしていました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ わかりやすく説明してくださり、安心して治療を受けることができました。麻酔はさほど痛くありませんでした。顔にタオルをかけてくれるところも、目線に気を使わずに治療を受けられます。盛岡駅からも遠い距離ではないのでおすすめです。ネットで予約や変更を行えるところも助かります。

麻酔が気づいたら終わってて毎回驚きます。歯科衛生士さんが優しく通うのも苦じゃありません。いつも患者さんが多くスタッフのみなさん忙しそうなのですが、そのなかでも優しく声かけしていただき大変満足しております。

初診の際の丁寧なカウンセリング、治療の際には十分な説明があり、とても安心して治療を受けることができました。
3ヶ月に1回のメンテナンスでも、自分の磨き残しの多い部分などの説明やアドバイスを頂きました。
こんなに安心して治療を受けられる歯医者は初めてでした。4月からは市外に就職するのですが、遠くても通いたいと思います。

セラミック治療の方は、自分の歯の形に合わせて丁寧に形を整えてくださり、安心して治療を受けることができました。

最初は応急処置でかかりましたがその後かかりつけ歯科でずっと診ていただいてました。先生も衛生士の方も皆さん非常に親身になって治療にあたってくれました。今回転勤でかかることができなくなり非常に残念ですが、最後の治療やその後の紹介状まで丁寧に対応頂きました。ありがとうございました。
