N	Nobuyoshi Takasaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ノルンの帰りに初めて寄らせて頂きました。男性人気No.1らしいマシ×2にんにくZ麺、スタミナ餃子と無料の半ライス&新鮮生卵を注文。まずは一切混ぜずにスープを一口・・・見た目のコッテリ感とは裏腹に非常に上品な和風な味付けでスノーボードで冷えた身体に染み渡るようです。そこから刻みにんにくを混ぜ込むと一気に豹変してパンチのある味わいになり、疲れが吹っ飛ぶ感じ。これに平打ち麺がよく絡み、とても柔らかく仕上がったチャーシューと食べ応えのあるメンマが絶妙でした。これまでみなかみにはスノーボード目的でしか来たことがなかったですが、このラーメンを食すことだけを目的に来るだけでも十分に価値があると思いました。暖かくなったら、今度はバイクで寄らせて頂きます！ It was my first time to stop by on the way back from Norn. For me I like the wafu ramen and also the chashu ramen. You can order rice as 'service' with fresh local eggs to mix with it. Not your usual ramen shop, far better than that. Is open late too!
