職員さんが少ない様で、窓口毎に職員さんがいないので、誰でも目についた職員さんに要件を話せば対応してくれます。
職員さんにもよるのでしょうけども、手続きについて明らかに間違った説明をされたことがありますので、少し注意したほうが良いでしょう。
重要な事柄の相談・手続き等については、ここではなく秋田市役所で行ったほうが、正確さやアドバイスの的確さの点で良いかと思います。
市民窓口の脇に行政情報やイベントのパンフレット・冊子等がありますので、行ったついでに確認すると新しい情報が見つかるかもしれません。情報検索用のパソコンもありました。
