「美味しかったら、どんな所でもお客様は足を運んでくださる」がモットーの店主。
伝説の水原店は、以前はお店の裏手が廃棄物中間処理場でしたが、常に客足が絶えず賑わっていました。
店主も齢を重ねられ、40席のお店の切り盛りも大変になったようで、惜しまれながらお店を閉められたようですが、もう一度ハミングバードの食事が出来ると思うと、とても嬉しいです。
宣伝下手で、口数の少ない店主に変わり、ファンの一人としてオススメするのがサラスパです！
サラダスパゲッティはどうしても冷たいモノを想像すると思いますが、まさかの熱々で出て来てドレッシングとの相性が抜群です。（スープならぬ、ドレッシングを飲み干します）
「明日が地球最期の日」なら、最後に食べたいモノがこちらのサラスパです。

手書きのメニューがいい感じです。

カウンターを除いて席はお客さんでいっぱいでした。
住宅街の一角にこじんまりとあるお店なので
駐車場は店の表に3台停められるだけでした。
店内の皆さんはどこに停めてきたのかな？
タコとトマトのパスタを注文。
細いパスタを使用しています。
個人的にこの細さはかなり久しぶりです。
少し値段が高いなぁと思いましたが味は美味しく、満足しました。
カウンターのマスターさん？は笑顔のすてきな方でした。
