ラーメンは少し醤油の立ったクラシカルな味でほっとする一杯。チャーハンもシンプルですが絶妙です。また来ますよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越してきた頃から気になっていた町中華のお店です。最近ようやく行くことができました。今まで食べたメニューは、ラーメン(¥450)、五目そば(¥600)、タンメン(¥550)、みそチャーシューメン(¥750)、餃子(¥350)、チャーハン(¥550)です。
五目そばとタンメンのスープは塩系で優しい感じに仕上がってます。ラーメンはオーソドックスな醤油ラーメンですが、世の中の流行りで濃い味ばかりのラーメンの中、王道ながら唯一無二の味で、この味わいを欲してこの店に行きたくなるような、スープはいつも完飲です。そして、みそですが、醤油ラーメンが非常に美味しかったので、みそも期待してましたが、期待以上にこちらもまた美味しいです。
自家製の餃子は嫁のお気に入り(歴代餃子ベスト3らしい)となり毎回注文しますが、野菜系の餡を薄皮で包みパリッと焼き上げた一品で、味のバランスはピカイチです。
チャーハンは、パラパラ系がもてはやされている中、自分好みのしっとり系で、味付けがしつこくなく、ラーメンのお供にするには半チャーハンでは足りません。大盛で行きます。でも＋¥100ですので、そこも良心的。そうなんです。こちらのお店の大盛りは、すべて＋¥100なのです。チャーハンが＋¥100で大盛りにできる幸せたるやこれはもう食べちゃいますよね。
ここは呪文のごとく『チャーハン大盛りでっ！』を唱えましょう。あと、町中華では珍しく、paypay等の電子決済に対応してます。２代目が頑張ってくれてます。
どれを食べても美味しいので、つい食べ過ぎちゃいますが、また行きますね。ごちそうさまでした。

Homemade dumplings are my wife's favorite (like the 3 best dumplings of all time) and I order them every time, but the vegetable-based dumplings are wrapped in thin skin and baked crisply, and the taste balance is perfect.
While fried rice is touted as para-para, it is a moist fried rice that you like, and the seasoning is not persistent, so half fried rice is not enough to accompany ramen. I will go with a great success. But it's + ¥ 100, so it's also conscientious. That's right. The large serving of this shop is all + ¥ 100. You can make a large serving of fried rice for + ¥ 100, and you've already eaten this.
