★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職員の対応が利用者やその家族に対して酷い。怪我や病気になっても放置し家族には隠したまま。そんな環境にお世話になろうとしている人が入るとしたら絶対にやめておけと言いたい。
 Staff response is severe for users and their families. If you get injured or sick, leave it alone and keep it hidden from your family. I would like to say that if anyone wants to take care of such an environment, you should definitely stop.

利用者が怪我をしても医者にも見せない、家族にも知らせない。
二度と利用はしません！
The attitude of the staff is terrible. Especially, the response to young male users is the worst.
Even if the user is injured, do not show it to the doctor or inform the family.
I will never use it again!
