Has it been lost due to a natural disaster or has it been removed for development? Can humans learn from the past, or will they repeat the same mistakes? Will the next tsunami be able to stop the damage? It is a monument that lets you think about various things.
S	Scratch masatoshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この場所は昔、仕事仲間から聴いておりました。今では結構近い場所に住んでおりますので散歩コースです。名取、広瀬川合流で閖上へ流れ出る場所(東武道路と土手が交差するアンダーパスのちょと手前5~60メートルの場所に境界線に似た石碑が建ってます。) I used to listen to this place from my colleagues. Now that I live in a fairly close place, it's a walk course. A place that flows out to Yuriage at the confluence of Natori and Hirose River (a stone monument similar to the boundary line is built 5 to 60 meters in front of the underpass where Tobu Road and the bank intersect)
