玄米食を食べている事もあり沢山買って持ち帰りました（笑）
お友達にもあげたり孫たちにあげたり大好評 美味しい♥あんこもちょうどの甘さ さっそくお店に電話をして宅急便で沢山送ってもらう事にしました ちなみに冷凍してもお味は変わらずGoogleです

パンじたいの風味が凄く感じられて、ほかのどこの玄米パンとも違う、遠藤パンならではの味。

住宅街道に埋もれたちいさなパン工場。
工場の入り口だからと、衛生に躊躇いながら引き戸を開けると、番重の中にたくさんのパン達が・・・
白衣の女性従業員さんが迎え入れてくれ、恐る恐る工場の中へ。
そこはパン工場とは設計されていない、見上げるような家屋内部と広いレイアウト。
遠くに見えるオーブンと、手前に年季の入った木製の冷まし棚。
積まれた番重、昔ながらの配線。
にじみ出る、刻まれた時間・・・
時間が停まったような、妙に広い空間でパンが作られています。
もちろんパンも旨い！！
再訪再取材したい！

先日、ゴスペラーズのメンバーの1人がされている番組に、こちらのお店のあんぱんが紹介されていました。玄米アンパンではなく普通の小倉あんぱん⁈遠藤ぱんといったら、玄米パンでしょ〜。
私は食パンと玄米食パンも大好きです。
世の中にはふわふわだのもちもちだの、食パンがたくさんでまわってますが、元祖ふわふわでおいしい食パンは遠藤製パン所の食パンだと思います！ぜひ、食べて欲しいです^_^
