★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハッピーアワー中に訪問。店内は開けたつくりで、地下なのに開放感がある。
ドリンクは小さめ＆薄め。特にビールは、ハッピーアワーが適正価格に感じてしまう。
フードは量も味も良いものと、やや微妙なものとが混在。
なんだかんだ「ハズレ」と言える要素はないので満足度は高いです。
 Visit during happy hour. The inside of the store is open and there is a sense of openness in the basement.
Drinks are small and thin. Especially for beer, happy hour feels reasonable.
Food has both good quality and good taste, and some subtle ones.
Satisfaction is high because there is no element that can be said to be "losing".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食事は大衆酒場の肉メニュー多めの感じです。お正月キャンペーンで一杯無料で嬉しかったです。食事中に、1番年齢が上っぽい女性店員さんが背後で客への文句を独り言で言っているのがハッキリ聞こえて、すごく嫌な気分になりました。不満を口に出すのを我慢できないなら、上品ではない大衆酒場で働くのは向かないのではないかと思いました。
The meal is like a lot of meat menu in a public bar. I was happy to have a free New Year's campaign. During the meal, I could clearly hear the oldest female clerk complaining to the customer behind me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. If I can't stand to complain, I thought it wouldn't be a good idea to work in a tavern that isn't classy.

SNSで食べ放題1980円の告知を見て訪問。
■名物馬肉レッドカーペット：999円
→名物と冠するだけあって量と味も文句なし
→塩タレとコチュジャンたれ？の濃い目の味付け
■うずらニンニク醤油漬け：299円
→ニンニク風味がかなり強烈ですが、お酒のあてにぴったり
■メンチかつ：499円
→肉厚でジューシー！
→卓上のオリジナルスパイスを振りかけて食べるのがおすすめです
■ロッキーユッケ：699円
→個人的には1番コレが美味しかった◎

※そこまで食べれないとの事で単品にしたものの、結果的に食べ放題と同じくらいの金額に。。

Immediately from "Yurakucho Station" and "Hibiya Station" on the JR and subway lines. A horse meat restaurant in the basement of the building in front of the station.
Visited after seeing the all-you-can-eat 1980 yen announcement on SNS.
■ Specialty horse meat red carpet: 999 yen
→ There is no complaint about the amount and taste as it is crowned as a specialty
→ Salt sauce and gochujang? Deep seasoning
■ Quail garlic pickled in soy sauce: 299 yen
→ The garlic flavor is quite strong, but it's perfect for sake.
■ Menchi-katsu: 499 yen
→ Thick and juicy!
→ It is recommended to sprinkle the original spices on the table and eat
■ Rocky Yukhoe: 699 yen
→ Personally, this was the best ◎
■ Various drinks
* All tax excluded
* I made it as a single item because I couldn't eat that much, but as a result, the price was about the same as all-you-can-eat. ..
Cospa ◎, so I will visit you at another time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 解放感があって、自分のスマホで注文するなど、コロナ対策が徹底されているお店でした。食事も美味しかったのですが、メニューは写真だけでなく、どんな味付けなのか書かれていれば★5だったかなー。(マヨネーズ味かと思って注文したらソース味だったとか。)
There was a feeling of liberation, and it was a shop where corona measures were thoroughly taken, such as ordering with my smartphone. The food was delicious, but the menu would have been ★ 5 if it was written not only in the photo but also in what kind of seasoning it was. (I thought it tasted like mayonnaise and ordered it, but it tasted like sauce.)

生ビール488円、ロッキー鶏唐揚げ@879円。リーズナブルに美味しいお肉とお酒をいただけるお店ということで、いつも混んでいます。ちなみにここのお通しのケバブがとても美味しいので追加で頼むのもいいと思います。
そしてみてくれこの唐揚げのビジュアル、なんと美しいのだ。これではビールを無限に飲んでしまうではないか。
そして画像は撮り忘れましたが、ばかもやし@399円というもやしを何か炒めたものがとても美味しくて、これまたビールがまた進んでしまうではないか。

Drink at Rocky Kanai near Yurakucho Station in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
Draft beer 488 yen, fried rocky chicken @ 879 yen. It's always crowded because it's a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious meat and sake at a reasonable price. By the way, the kebabs here are very delicious, so I think it's a good idea to ask for additional ones.
And look at this fried chicken visual, how beautiful it is! This would endlessly drink beer.
And I forgot to take the image, but the stir-fried bean sprout @ 399 yen is very delicious, and the beer will go on again.
