★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 協会認定ジムというとすごく敷居が高くて怖いイメージがあったんだけども知り合いも通っているというから行ってみたら会長さんは大変親切だしマシンも良く対象の部位に入る素晴らしいジム、雰囲気も良くて最高です。
