★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも自宅の洗濯では汚れが取れないときの染み抜きや、シワ取りなど、素人では対応しきれないことをお願いしていますが、いつもとても満足のいく対応をして頂いています。
お店の方も愛想がよく、対応がいいので、気軽に相談できますし、近所であれば自宅まで無料で配送までしてくれるので非常に助かっています。
料金はやや高めですが、そのお金を出す価値のあるサービスは提供してくれているので、自身で対応できない衣類の問題はいつもエムパイヤさんにお願いしています。
仕上がりがとてもいいので、これからもぜひご利用させていただきたいと思います。
ただし、料金は安いわけではないので、大事に扱っている服など、信頼しているお店にお任せしたいものを中心にお願いしています。
