水芭蕉、吉清水、仙見川と清らかな水のそばに雪国まいたけ五泉バイオセンターがあり、事務所でまいたけを購入が出来ました。段ボールに１キロと書いてあるけれど。大きな株で立派。それ以上ありそう。写真は開けた瞬間、上からパチリ。高さがわからないですみません。素焼きにして醤油をかけて、まいたけ本来の味を堪能。スーパーのとは違う。しゃきっとしてて香り、サクサクとした歯触り。翌日のお昼はヒレカツ、玉ねぎ、まいたけを卵でとじたカツ丼もいい出汁がでて最高でした。いろいろな料理で楽しめそう。レシピも箱に記載ありました。お値段は一箱1300円でした。これ以上の価値はある。いや、むしろ安いかも。私の中のまいたけが変わりました。
直売とか書いてなくて、買えるかどうかわからないで訪問させていただきましたが親切に対応していただきありがとうございました。

The recipe was also written on the box. The price was 1300 yen per box. Worth more than this. No, it might be cheaper. Maitake inside me has changed.
