でも先生もスタッフのみなさんも凄く親切丁寧でした！ここならしっかり通えるかなと思いました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生や歯科衛生士さんはとても感じがよく、今日何をするかやこれからの予定などもきちんと丁寧に説明をして下さいます。とにかく最悪なのは受付の中年女性です。愛想は悪い、声も小さく、笑顔一つなくブスッとした態度で冷徹な感じで怖いです。ここの歯科に行くたびにこの女性の対応で行くのが嫌になります。スタッフ紹介には、いつも笑顔で対応します。なんでも聞いてくださいね。と書いてありますが、よくそんな嘘を書けるものだと呆れてしまいます。本当に愛想が悪くいつも不快な気分で帰ります。受付さえ変わればもっと患者が来るだろうと思います。本当に行くのが嫌になりますが、先生方が良いので残念です。主婦の口コミネットワークはすぐに広まりますよ。

I am afraid of poor affection, a small voice, a smooth attitude without a smile, and a cold feeling. Every time I go to the dentist here, I hate to go for this woman. I always feel uncomfortable and always return with an unpleasant feeling. I think more patients will come if the reception changes. I really hate going, but I'm sorry because the teacher is better. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 治療してくださる女性の先生は本当に素敵な方で技術的にもお話していても安心してお願い出来ます。ただ治療に入る前に口内を綺麗にしてくださる若い先生に私はアトピーがあるのですが、一度だけ何か顔を見て吹き出すように笑われたように感じた事がありました。そして他の方も仰ってますが、とにかく受付の女性の対応、態度が最悪です。一方的に話をするような高圧的な話し方が怖いです。治療してくださる先生が素敵なぶん、とても残念なのですが、病院に行くたびあの受付なのが嫌過ぎるので、他の歯医者さんに移ろうと思います。

悪く言う前に自分の態度を改めてみると
納得の対応かもしれませんよ。

平日人が少ない？？
小さい赤ちゃん連れてっても
治療中に泣くと皆であやしてくれるし、
先生も衛生士さんも受付の方も対応いいし、
私はこれからも家族みんなで通います?
