現地の普段らしい荒さはなく、現地の素材を仕入れて丁寧にきちんと作られた、お持て成しのお料理。こだわりと愛を感じます。
お店もスタッフも雰囲気が暖かく、大将やおかみの人柄が伺え居心地がいいです。
ずっと永く続いてほしいお店。

贅沢いうなら、和がらしではなくマスタードが欲しかったかな～(^^;
(↑おでん。１月いっぱいで終了してしまいました。期間限定のメニューだったようです)

写真のチャンプルーやソーキそばは小盛りにしています。
二人で行く場合は小盛りで色々食べるのがお勧めかも?
とにかく満足しました。また行きます?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 凄くこだわりを感じる美味しい沖縄料理屋さん。お店の雰囲気も店員さんの接客も心地よいです♪
メニューはかなり豊富で何を注文してしまうか迷うほど。生シークワサーソーダ、肉パテ、もずく酢、刺身盛り、タコライスミニ、ソーキそばを。
肉パテはフワフワした食感でドリンクのアテに良いです。もずく酢は安価なのに歯応え抜群のもずくがたっぷりで大満足。
刺身はわざわざ沖縄から直送しているとのこと。純粋な味だけを求めるなら近場の方が安くいいものを取り寄せられるとは思うがこだわりを感じた。イカなんかはすごく珍しい食感で他も新鮮美味でした。
タコライスは赤飯のような変わった米を使っていた。純粋な好みからは少し外れたかな。
ソーキそばのソーキのトロトロ具合には感動！
ただこちらは味付けがこれでもかというくらい薄いので人を選ぶかも。個人的にはもう少し塩分が欲しかったです笑
どれも手が込んでいて、料理の選択肢も多いため沖縄料理が食べたくなったらこちらに来ることにします！ご馳走様でした。

The menu is quite abundant and I'm wondering what to order. Raw shikuwasa soda, meat pate, mozuku vinegar, sashimi platter, taco rice mini, soki soba.
Meat patties have a fluffy texture and are good for drinks. Although mozuku vinegar is cheap, it is very satisfying with plenty of mozuku that has excellent texture.
The sashimi is sent directly from Okinawa. If you want only pure taste, I think you can get good food at a cheaper price in the vicinity, but I felt particular about it. The squid had a very unusual texture and the others were fresh and delicious.
Taco rice used strange rice like red rice. I think it's a little off the pure taste.
I was impressed by the condition of Soki near Soki!
However, the seasoning is so light that I may choose a person. Personally, I wanted a little more salt lol
All of them are elaborate and there are many cooking options, so if you want to eat Okinawan food, I will come here! It was a treat.
