★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、ウエルカムオリエンテーションに行き、使用説明を受けて来ましたが、10分程のビデオを見せられ、その後、筋トレマシーンの使用説明を『時間の都合によ』と言う理由で1台のみ説明され、その後ランニングマシーンの説明、水素水の使用方法と本当に簡単な説明でした。
筋トレマシンの使用方法のマニュアルも無いとの事、本当にインストラクターですか？

I do not have manuals on how to use muscle training machine, is it really an instructor?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西尾に比べると残念な気分です。西尾には1階にプール、ミストサウナ2階にジムがあるのに対し、YUGA碧南は1階のみでプール無し。インストラクターも居るのか居ないのか解らない。狭いからしかたがないけど更衣室の出口正面にガラス張りのダンスジムなのが気になります。
I feel disappointed compared to Nishio. While Nishio has a swimming pool on the first floor and a gym on the second floor of the mist sauna, Yuga Shonan has no swimming pool on the first floor only. I do not know if there is an instructor or not. Although it is narrow, I am worried about being a dance gym with glass in front of the exit of the changing room.

夕方は特に混んでいてマシンなど順番待ちしているほどで、お風呂もそこまで広くないので場合によっては順番待ちしてることもしばしばある。
