さ	さくはっ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【評価1すらつけたくない位最悪でした。】理由を以下に列挙します。 1]予約を取る際に電話番号が二つ必要とのこと。聞いたことが無い。→HPに記載があるとの返答ですが、その様な記載は無し。分かりづらい。 2]土日もジャンジャン電話を掛けて来る。しかも電話に出られないと、利用を断ると言ってくる。(一般的に土日は休みですし、コンプライアンスの都合上会社携帯に制限がかかっていて、使用出来ないのはよくある話です。) →そのくせにスタジオ側は一切約束を守らない。営業時間を1分オーバーしたら「営業時間外なのでという理由で」電話に出ない。 3)電話対応者によって規約の解釈が違うため、言った言わない論になる。 4)規約の説明がHPにも電話案内時に無いのにも関わらず、規約を盾にして脅される。このスタジオさんは、「私達の都合の良い時間で客に電話を掛けます。それに出ないと(折返しではダメ)問答無用で予約を取り消します。しかし客からの電話は時間外一切受け付けません。」とのスタンスで営業をされていました。とても一方的な電話対応で、空いた口が塞がらない。また、常識外れな対応ばかりで利用前から行く気が失せました。 [Evaluation 1 It was the worst that I didn't even want to put it on. ] The reasons are listed below. 1] You need two phone numbers to make a reservation.
