★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いろんな整体院に行きましたが、今はここにお世話になっています。
仕事柄どうしてもカラダのバランスを崩してしまい、首肩腰がツラくなってしまうので整えてもらいに行きます。
最初に鏡の前に立って今の状態(肩が骨盤が左右均等じゃなかったりカラダを傾けて左右の傾きがちがったりなど)を確認してから施術に入ります。
施術台のマットがとても気持ちの良い柔らかさで、途中から寝てしまうこともしばしば。(バキバキの整体ではありません。)
約１時間ほど全体を整えてもらい、終わった後はカラダが軽くなります。
私はいろんな整体に行った経験から施術用にカラダを動かしやすいＴシャツやトレーニングパンツなどの着替えを持って行きます。
施術する方もされる側も厚手の服やジーンズ、短めのスカートでは満足のいく施術を受けられないと思うからです。
施術にはタオルや手拭いなどを掛けてやってくれます。
またここには世界のプロのオーケストラのプレイヤーの方も来日の際に治療に訪れるということで、楽器を演奏される音楽家の方達も多く訪れているそうです。
他でなかなか治らなかった方も１度行ってみてはいかがでしょうか？
ま、整体って自分がいいから他の人にも良いって訳ではないんですけど(施術や先生と合う合わないなどがあるので…)
場所も四ッ谷駅から歩いて５分くらいのビルの３階です。ちょっと隠れ家的な整体です。
余談ですが、道路を渡って向いの路地に行列の出来る鯛焼き屋さんがあります。

Why don't you go there once if you haven't been cured?
Well, it's not good for other people because I'm good with manipulative treatment (because there are treatments and teachers don't fit with ...)
The place is on the 3rd floor of the building, about 5 minutes walk from Yotsuya Station. It is a kind of hideout.
As an aside, there is a baked bakery where there is a line in the alley across the road.
