柑橘系の何か薬を使っているようで、松脂のような臭いと柑橘系の臭い、それに隠れるように鼻の奥が痛くなるような薬品の臭いがします。
私の母はどうやら過去、役所を経由して苦情を言ったことがあるようですが、現在までまったく改善されていません。
