とても丁寧な指圧で、ひとつひとつ深くまで届くような感覚でした。
力を入れて指圧されているのではなく、こっていないところは全く痛みは感じず気持ち良いです。
コリのある部分はとても痛いのですが、指圧していただいているうちにほぐれていき、痛みが柔らかくなっていくのが分かりました。
終わる頃には骨や筋肉が本来の場所に収まるようになったような感覚で、とても軽く、楽になりました。
全身指圧していただくなかで、自覚していなかった部分のコリや、体のズレ、癖など、初めて気付くものが沢山ありました。
