★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 廃車自体、初めてで分からないことだらけ。オペレーターの女性は穏やかな話し方で、買い取り額を提示してから[悩まれるなら一旦考えてください]と。やみくもにキャンセル料3万円に引きずり込まれたりしませんでした。引き取りトラックで現れた女性も気持ち良い方でした。自走できる車でしたが、傷だらけ・10年越え・車検切れ間近な車。中古車買取り業者の相見積り取るのが煩わしかった私には手軽さがありがたかったです。

予定時刻より1時間も遅れて、
引き取り業者が来た。
場所間違えたってことだったけど、
スマホを持ってる人間が場所間違えて1時間も遅れるわけがない。
時間を守れない、遅れても全く申し訳なさそうにもしない、謝りもしない、敬語すら使えない人間がきた。
安い業者使ってるからなのかここらへん闇が深い。
遅いので会社に電話したけど、
確認次第折り返し電話しますからの折り返し電話もない。
全体的に適当感すごいけど、廃車を0円（還付金などで実質3万）で引き取ってくれるので結果的にまあ良かった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何処でも査定金額0で不満ばかりでした。やっといい所が見つかり、ホッとしました。たとえ査定金額に満足しなかったとしてもキャンセルだけは絶対にしない事が大切です。査定金額提示から引き取り後まで減額なしと言うメリットもあります。廃車、買取査定ならここ以外頼んではいけません！！(笑)

ところがクルマの引き取りに業者が時間通りに来なく、なんと
７時間半遅れ、さらに自走で持ち帰ると連絡がありましたが

大切にしていた愛車だったので、引き取ってもらう時は感慨深いものがありました。
立ち合い無しでも引き取ってもらえると提案してもらいましたが、立ち合う価値ありです！！
引き取りに来られたお兄さんは電話では「ちょっと怖いかも・・」と思ってしまいましたが、実際に会ってみるととてもフレンドリーな方で終始笑顔で対応してくれました！
初めての廃車で不安なことだらけでしたが、今ではまた廃車することがあれば他で依頼するのが不安なくらいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 別のところで廃車のお願いしたら値段はつかないとの事で仕方ないと思ってましたが、さらには廃車手数料が2万円ほどかかると言われ、こちらのハイシャルではすべて手続きしてくれて1万5千円頂き引き取ってくれました。古い車だったのでお金をかけずに処分したかったので、当日現金でプラス1万5千円になったことで満足です。
引き取りに来てくれた業者の方もちゃんとした方でした。

試しにハイシャルさんに電話してみたところ、車も見ずに5万円提示をしてもらいました。
オペレーターの方の電話対応もすごく丁寧で、自動車税の還付の流れや必要書類の説明も分かりやすかったです。
引取当日のドライバーさんも気さくな方で、作業自体も5分ぐらいで終わりました。
外車は輸出になる事が多いと言っていたので次のオーナーさんを見つけてもらえると嬉しいです。
