★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昭和50年代に復興されたものの今は廃れてしまったが、丹後与謝三十三所霊場の第六番札所ので臨済宗妙心寺派の寺院。
御朱印自体は、第十二番の札所寺院で管理されており、そちらで頂くことが出来ました。
ここからさらに奥に進むと、成相寺奥の院である聖観音堂があるそうな。
