I had the coffee from the cafe, it was decent for your local cafe. There were other things on the menu, but I couldn't read it as it was all in Japanese. So, I just did what I normally do, order an ice coffee. For those who gave it a lower rating, I'm not sure why because it is a cultural center of the city. It's not supposed to be an entertainment area. It represents the local goods and culture of the area. However, I will say that they could've done more with the land. It had so much more potential.
