★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤松氏の菩提寺として小谷城の城主・赤松祐尚が建てた禅寺で山門の屋根に赤松氏一族の家紋が据えられており、一目でわかります。小谷城ともつながりが深く、祐尚と家来集が尼子氏との戦により討ち死にした後、寺の奥地に追善供養として歴代住職とともに祀られています。小谷城（遊歩道経由）へ行く際にはこの寺の敷地を横断して登るために否応なしに庭園を見ていくことになります。駐車場はありませんので、小谷区公民館に隣接する広場（駐車場）に車を停車して歩くことになります
It is a Zen temple built by Yutaka Akamatsu, the owner of Kotani Castle as the temple of Akamatsu, and the family crest of the Akamatsu clan is set on the roof of the mountain gate, which you can see at a glance. It is closely linked to Otari Castle, and after Yuna and Ieki Shu are killed in the battle with Amako, they are enshrined in the back of the temple as a memorial service for successive priests. When going to Otari Castle (via the promenade), you will have to look at the garden inevitably in order to climb across the site of this temple. Since there is no parking lot, you will have to park your car at the open space (parking lot) adjacent to the Kotani Ward Community Center and walk.
