★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TVのバス旅番組見てこの町に。で近くに魚屋さん発見して寄ってみました。酒のつまみに良さげな品々。惣菜は店主手作りで塩辛、くじらみそ、シメサバ、松前漬けを購入。店主が他所で売っているのは甘いからと自分好みの塩加減に作っているので酒のつまみに良く合う。多分店主は相当な酒呑みと推測。我が家の近くだったら良かったと思う店です。
Watch a TV bus trip program in this town. I found a fish shop nearby and stopped by. Good items for sake snacks. The side dish is handmade by the owner and purchased salted fish, whale miso, shimesaba, and Matsumaezuke. The owner sells it elsewhere because it's sweet, and he makes it to his liking, so it goes well with sake. Probably the owner is a considerable drinker. It would be nice if it was near my house.
