シ	シンデレラ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星1つもつけたくないくらいです。外観が綺麗なだけで中身は最悪な施設です。特に理事長の藤○利○さんは全てにおいて失礼な人だと感じました。入職したい思いから面接をしていただいたところ、人をバカにしたような態度や口調…面接をした直後に発送したようで面接をした翌日に不採用通知が届きました。消印は面接日でした。はじめから採用するつもりなかったようです。また驚くことにその通知の私の名前の漢字が2度も間違えて書かれていて、相手の名前を間違えるなんてとても不愉快な気持ちになりました。面接日、案内され園内を見学していた際も職員とすれ違っても全く挨拶がない。上がダメだと働く職員も常識がなくなるものなんですね。とても勉強になりました。 I don't even want to have a single star. m	may y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職員さんたちがみなさん生き生きと働いていて、とても良い事業所だなと感じています。数年前、祖父が高齢者向け特養を利用しており、看取りもお願いしました。また、知人のお子さんもこちらの障害福祉サービスを利用しており、楽しそうな様子を聞いています。以前の施設では顔色の悪かった祖父は、ユーアイさんに移ってから、明るい表情で穏やかに過ごすようになりました。祖父は問題行動が多く、攻撃的なひとだったので、職員さんたちもとても大変だったのではないかと思います。ですが、看取りの際には涙を流して悼んでくださる方もいました。思い出の写真などもたくさん撮っておいてくださり、とてもあたたかいサービスをしてくださったんだな、と感じました。知人のお子さんは、福祉事業所でアート活動をされているそうです。アート作品をTシャツにすることもあり、Tシャツの販売や、作品の展示を行なっていることがあります。一度見に行きましたが、個性的で、のびのびとした作品がたくさんありました。また、説明書きや展示を通し、職員さんたちから利用者さんたちへの愛情も感じられ、見ていてとても楽しかったです。とても信頼できる施設だと思います。 All the staff are working lively and I feel that it is a very good business establishment. I went to see it once, but there were many unique and relaxed works. Also, through the explanations and exhibitions, I could feel the affection from the staff to the users, and it was a lot of fun to watch. I think it is a very reliable facility.
H	Harry Matsumura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隣のユーアイほいくえんでキッズ英語のクラスを担当していたフィリピン人の家内ですが、以前に日立市内のデイサービス施設勤務の経験があり、ユーアイ村での奉仕に興味を持っていました。そのような縁から、ユーアイ村では週に2～3日ほどのパートの奉仕をするようになりました。話上手な家内はつたない日本語でスタッフの皆さんや利用者さんとうまくコミュニケーションをとっていた様子でした。家内も限られた時間ではありますが、とても楽しんでいた様子でした。そんな家内ですが、12月31日に気管支拡張症による気道出血（喀血）により私と小学校3年生の長女を残して41歳の若さで天国に逝ってしまいました。2020年12月28日に東海村の国立病院に入院後、年末年始の勤務日程を心配する家内を傍らで見ていましたが、同僚思いでとても責任感が強い家内でした。写真の施設で使う名入りエプロンはそんな家内の形見です。ユーアイ村の皆さん、素敵な想い出をありがとう。 My wife, a Filipino who was in charge of a kids English class at Uai Hoikuen next door, had previously worked at a day service facility in Hitachi City and was interested in serving in Uai Village. .. After being admitted to the National Hospital in Tokai Village on December 28, 2020, I was looking at my wife who was worried about the work schedule for the year-end and New Year holidays, but my wife had a strong sense of responsibility because of my colleagues.
