休日、子供が吉野家好きで行く事が多いし、朝食も時間ある時とか嫁と行ったりしますが、トラブルがそこそこ目立つかなって印象。人が違うなら尚更なんですが、呼ばれて返事がない、呼ばれて返事があっても来ない。とくに女性ですね。忙しくても返事はしましょう。忙しい時は面倒でも少々お待ちくださいとか時間くださいを言うだけで、待って大丈夫なんだなと思えます。待つべきか、言うべきか、新規は入ってきてそっちは対応してるなーってなれば忘れてるとも思うし。先客待たせて新規の対応してたら詰まるだけかと思うんだけどな。返事が面倒ならボタン式にして欲しい。こっちもタイミング見て気にしながら声かけるの面倒だし。逆切れで態度悪く接客された感あったのでそれもイヤだし。、、、とまあ、それくらいなかなか忙しいお店だと思います(笑)頑張っていらっしゃるのは見てりゃわかるから接客はちゃんとしようよ。頑張りが台無しっす。

基本的に片付けた後のはずなのに汚かった。 人が足りていないのかもしれないです。 また言葉尻がキツく感じるのは外国人の方が働いているからだと思います。せっかちなのか、言葉を遮るような話し方をする方がいますが、その話し方に違和感を感じる方はいらっしゃると思います。=クレームにつながりやすい せっかくなので、お店の方も指摘してあげた方が彼の将来のためになるかもしれません。 オーダーへの間違えがありました。近くで聞いていたようですが、「何かございましたか?」と言う言葉はなく知らんぷりでしたが、こちらも何も言わなかったしサービスが良いところとして期待しているわけではないのでスルーしました。バイトの方ばかりで店の利益とか回転率とか特に考えていないんだろうなといった印象です。 他のテーブルでもオーダーと違うものが来たとの会話が聞こえてきました。 でもテーブルの上のペーパーがなかったり、食べ残しが落ちてたり、箸入れがガッツリ空いてたりは最低限気をつけていただいた方がこのご時世なので良いのではないかと。 多分わざと態度を悪くしているとかではなく、純粋に気にしてないしやってるだけ、なんだと思います。なのでそう言った感じを好まない方は他の店舗へ行かれた方がいいかもしれません。 多分EQが全体的に低いのかと。
