西	西田秀信 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ またもや吉野家で注文間違いがあった。今度はこの店舗。注文したのは牛皿、牛カルビしょうが焼き定食である。そしてきたのは、牛皿、牛カルビ定食だった。しょうが焼きのほうではなく、ただの牛カルビ焼きだった。はじめ見たとき、なんでコチュジャンの小袋があるの？カルビの上には白髪ネギがのってるし。しかし、伝票上は牛カルビしょうが焼きになっている。メニューの写真で確認してもただの牛カルビ焼きなので、店員に「すみません、これってしょうが焼き？」と確認したところ、「すみません、すぐに取り替えます。」と言って牛カルビを持って行った。厨房のやり取りを聞いていた「しょうが焼きのほうだったの？」と完全に注文を間違えているようであった。それから作った本人が「大変申し訳ありませんでした。」と言ってしょうが焼きと水を持ってきた。今回はミスの素直に認め謝罪があったので気分的には嫌な気持ちにならなかった。高浜店の時の店員の対応の悪さよりましだった。 There was another order mistake at the Yoshinoya.
