Yoshinogawa Festival It is a fireworks display that is held from 20:00 to 21:00 on August 15th in the middle of Obon. The venue is a riverbed about a 15-minute walk from the ultra-small JR Gojo station. There are about 100 food stalls, but it's so crowded that you can't buy food and drink slowly. There is also a simple outdoor toilet (prefab), but I gave up waiting in line for 20 to 30 people. There are many young women in yukata, which is an eye candy, but there are also many foreigners here! If you think that you are a Japanese yukata beauty about 15 years old, you can speak a foreign language other than English, so many Asian tourists are also participating. The person sitting next to the vinyl sheet of my family is also Asian. The fireworks themselves are beautiful and flashy, and the laser beam (cocktail ray) and music are also produced and powerful. The fireworks were felt close to me, probably because it was smaller and the location was better than the 13 Yodogawa Fireworks Festival and Tenjin Festival.
