★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社の車で飛び石でガラスに十円玉くらいのヒビが入った。修理中にヒビが大きくなる可能性が有ると言われたが、修理するか張り替えか会社に相談したところ、修理と言われそのように依頼した所、修理中に保険屋から張り替えの方が良いと言われその事を伝えると修理中にも関わらず、それならばと修理中の代金は要らないと言われ張り替えにしてもらった。
結局、保険屋から金は支払われるけど、俺の言いたい事はこの佐久間自動車ガラス店のスタッフ一同、笑顔と対応、全てに於いて親切丁寧。
近く(50m位)に他の自動車ガラス店(メイン道路沿い)も有ったけど、こちらを選んだ俺の勘は間違い無かった。
「またお願いします」と言いたい所だけど、飛び石勘弁?
追記。3カ月後にまた飛び石でヒビが入った。
地元が横浜なので近くの自動車ガラス屋で見積もりして貰ったら、この店より4万円以上安かった。
結局、修理中の値段も取られていたって事だよね。
保険で修理するから俺には痛くは無いけれど、人が良かっただけに騙されたような気分。残念。

Postscript. Three months later, the stepping stones cracked again.
Since my hometown is Yokohama, it was more than 40,000 yen cheaper than this shop when I got a quote from a nearby car glass shop.
After all, the price during repair was also taken.
It doesn't hurt me because it's repaired with insurance, but I feel like I was deceived just because the person was good. Sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年くらい乗っているワゴン車に飛石でヒビが入ってしまって、保険を使わずに直したいと思い数社に電話で金額を確認したところ、こちらですぐにTVアンテナフィルム、ETCアンテナ脱着も含めた総額を聞けたのが良かったですし、輸入ガラスで他社より3万円以上も安く、しかも１日で仕上げて頂いて助かりました。数年前にも飛石でディーラーで交換してからテレビ受信感度も悪くなっていたのが直ったので嬉しいです。
他社では中古ガラスでコミコミ10万円とかあり得ない金額で驚きました。某オクで1万円くらいなのに、どういう計算なのか…。
とりあえず、こちらのお店は早い、安い、丁寧でお勧めです！

２cm未満の小さな傷が出来ました。
人生初めての経験だったので色々と調べた結果、口コミ情報を参考にして、こちらに相談しようと決めました。
車を持ち込んで見積をお願いすると、破損状況を見て直ぐに口頭で教えていただけました。
現金の持ち合わせが余り無かったのですが、普段利用しているd払いが可能だった為に修理をお願いしました。他にも、auPAY、メルペイが利用可能です。
スタッフの方々の応対態度にはとても好感が持てましたが細かくは記述しません。感じ方は人それぞれですし、お店側の状況や都合によって同じことが出来ない場合もあると思うからです。
