j	junko Hirayama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 築60年ということで建物は古く、見学通路に段差があったりしましたが、作っている商品へのこだわり&愛情をしっかり感じることができる、とてもいい工場見学でした。工場に入ると、まず髪の毛を覆うように使い捨ての帽子をかぶります。見学中は常に帽子を着用します。食堂のようなところで、まずはウェルカムドリンクならぬ“ウェルカムチキン(原材料)”を試食。試食のあと生産ラインの見学に移動します。案内してくれた社員さんの説明が楽しく、クイズあり余談ありで、盛り上がりました。原材料や作り方のこだわり、アレンジレシピを教えてもらい「これからは、もっと石井の商品を選ぼう」っと、すっかり虜になりました。見学中、何組も工場直売だけを利用してました(直売の買い物だけの場合も着帽です)。工場限定販売のプレーンなミートボールをみなさん沢山購入されてました。地元の方にも人気なんですね。うらやましいです。お土産は一家族ごとに、１セットずついただきました。ミートボールではなくお総菜の素を三種類ほど。見学後はお土産コーナーで、お土産を購入することができます。 Since it was 60 years old, the building was old and there were steps in the tour corridor, but it was a very good factory tour where we could firmly feel the commitment and love for the products we are making. I was completely captivated by the idea of raw materials, how to make them, and arrangement recipes, and "I will choose more Ishii products from now on." During the tour, many groups used only factory direct sales (even if they were just direct sales shopping, they wore caps). A lot of plain meatballs that were sold only in the factory were purchased. It's also popular with locals. I'm jealous. One set of souvenirs was given to each family. There are about 3 kinds of side dishes instead of meatballs. After the tour, you can purchase souvenirs at the souvenir corner.
