こちらに通い初めて2年余り、毎回美味しい料理とお酒と楽しい時間を満喫しています。今回食べた料理は、竹の子と野菜の天ぷら、白つぶ塩煮、鯛カブト煮、飯だこの煮付けと本日のおすすめから海鮮料理を指名!併せた酒は由利正宗、天寿、高清水、飛良泉のぬる燗で最高のマッチングでした。鯛カブト煮は目玉まで味わい尽くす楽しみに加えてレモンを少々搾って食べる初めての味わいに感動し、竹の子の天ぷらはシャキシャキの歯ごたえに旬を感じました。白つぶは塩味の煮汁が最高で、煮汁で一合飲めちゃう美味さ!飯だこの煮付けも味が染み染みで噛む程に旨味が広がり、日本酒との相性抜群でした。マスター、女性スタッフの方、お客さんと楽しく話ながら堪能して今回も大満足なひと時でした。来月以降は岩ガキが旬になりそうなので、再訪します!
