★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 働いている方々は皆さん感じが良く、気持ちよく買い物させてもらってます。不快な思いはしたことがありません。そして駅直結で買い物ができる便利さと夕方からの値引き、特に遅い時間の魚類は半額になっていて、出物の出会える喜びもひとしお。
残念なのは時々ビックリするほど野菜＆果物の鮮度が低いのと、お店の構造上レジが少なく、夕方のレジ行列が長く、またヨークフーズになってから品物の種類が減って安価なものが主になったのも残念。

天気の悪い日でも、駅から傘をささずに買い物に行くことができます。 他のイトーヨーカドーとは異なり、食品に特化した形となっています。
品揃えは他のイトーヨーカドーとあまり変わりません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お米を買った時に溢れてくる程の穴じゃ無かったけど(何かの箱の角に引っ掛かったのかも？)直ぐに気付いて「お取り替えします」と言って下さった。
帰って直ぐ米びつに移すつもりだったから断ったけど、テープを貼って下さいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもレジが混み合い、レジ列が商品棚に隠れるので空いている列がわかりません。
品揃えと商品の並び順もなんだか不便に感じます。店の中心部は１箇所しか通り抜けられないのも残念な構造です。
一番びっくりしたのは、レジに列んでいるとき。私はもうすぐお会計だったので放っておけばよかったのかもしれませんが、私の後ろに男性が割り込む気配があり、そのせいで一人分後ろに追いやられた様子の女性が「すみません、列んでます！」と何度か言っていたので、私も思わずその男性に「皆さん、列んでいるんですよ！」と言ったらその男性は「疲れてるのぉ！」と頑なに並び続けました。割り込まれた女性は小声で「大丈夫です」とおっしゃったので私もそれ以上関与しませんでしたが。
レジ直近なのに、スタッフが全く無関心なので、あれまーここはダメ。って感じですね。

What surprised me most was when I was lining up at the cash register. I was paying for it soon, so maybe I should have left it alone, but there was a sign that a man was interrupting behind me, and a woman who seemed to be pushed back by one person said, "Sorry, line up. I said "Masu!" Several times, so when I instinctively said to the man, "Everyone is in line!", The man continued to line up stubbornly, "I'm tired!" .. The interrupted woman whispered, "It's okay," so I didn't get involved anymore.
Even though it's near the cash register, the staff is completely indifferent, so that's no good here. It is a feeling.
