店内には衣料品コーナーもあります。またパレットプラザ・美容室・ゲームコーナー・イートインスペースがあります。
 Located on the same site as Daiso, parking is shared. It's so big that you can't stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通路が狭い所で品出しをしてお客さんが通るのに代車？があって避けようともしてくれず迷惑そうでした。
子供がアイスを選びに行くとオジサンの店員さんがアイスの品出しをしてて取りたい品物がとれなかったのに避けてくれず品出しが終わるのをずっと待ってた。
夕方行った時精肉売り場のおばちゃん店員さんが値引きシールを貼ってたんだけど知り合いの方が居たらしく、そのお客さんのだけ値引きシール3枚くらい追加で貼って値引きしてた。
お昼にカット野菜をかいましたが夕方使おうと思ったら賞味期限切れだった。
商品棚にあるパックの椎茸の1つが酷いカビだった。これは流石に近くにいたお店の方に渡しましたが……
柔軟剤の蓋を開けて匂いを確認しているお客さんがいたので店員さんに言いましたが注意するでもなくそのままでした。ナナコポイントがつく対象商品を買ったのにレシートを確認したらボーナスポイントがついてなかった。
棚倉店のヨークベニマルは店長さん、副店長さんレジ担当さん以外の店員さん特にオジサン、オバサンは良い印象がありません。
