ほ	ほさみん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の所にいる人はこっちが質問しても何もわかっておらずほとんど答えられない。スイミングスクールの級の合格証は在庫がないから後で渡しますみたいな事が何度もあったけど、子供達はその合格証が欲しくて頑張っているのだからきらさないで欲しい。毎日在庫確認すれば済む事だと思う。合格証くらいって思うかもしれないけど、頑張ってスクールに通っている子達はテストに合格する為に頑張っているのだから、合格した日にもらえないのは子供にとってかなりがっかりする事です！そうゆう事考えればわかる事だと思います。いつもボケっと受付に立っているだけなのだから在庫確認くらいの仕事はしてください！何にしてもできなすぎ！ The person at the reception doesn't know anything about this question and can hardly answer it. ま	まいろ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スイミングスクール生は午前中は無料で遊べるので子供達はスライダーやジャグジー等々楽しんでます。私は回数券を買い関節に負担のかからない水中ウォーキングをリハビリも兼ねて楽しんでます。幼児プールは大丈夫ですが身長115cmの娘が25mプールに入る時は親の付き添いが必要です。浅いとこで水深110cm深いところで120cmあります。ご注意を。スタッフや対応等今はとても親切で気持ちがいいのですが、２年前更衣室で娘がスクール水着を無くしてしまい、翌日忘れ物Boxを確認しに行ったら同じ日に別の子がスクール水着を忘れて行った様子。同じサイズで名前も書いてあるので、もしかして間違って持って帰っていないか確認してほしいとスタッフにお願いしたら、うちではそういった事は出来ません。との返答。もう一度よく説明してお願いしても、「はぁ…」と生返事。仕方がないので新しい水着を買い、翌週のスクールが終わり、忘れ物の水着の持ち主はどうだったのか娘に聞いたら、水着を着て泳いでたとの事。親御さんに直接聞こうにも見つからず、忘れ物を持ち出すわけにもいかず。凄く嫌な思いをしました。そして１年程経った頃水着を探してほしいのですか？全力で探します！って先生が言ってたと娘から聞きました。意味がわかりません。でも今は凄くいいところですよー‼ Swimming school students can play for free in the morning, so kids enjoy sliders and jacuzzi.
