ネジ、ボルトを全部外してきて下さいと言われたため2時間かけて外しました。
その後持っていくと他の方の家具はネジを外していない状態で受け入れていました。
対応する方で違いが出るのは不満です、トラブルにも繋がるので気をつけて頂きたい。
