★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前はYONEMOTORS様の 多摩認証整備工場 で1年点検、オイル交換をお願いしていましたが、池袋に新たにYONEMOTORS様の認証整備工場が出来たので、それ以来、池袋の方が自宅が近くて便利なこともありこちらでお願いしております。
今回は車検を依頼しましたが、的確な診断、無駄のない整備、不具合に関しても客の立場で親身になって考えてくれ提案してくれることには感動しました。整備内容に関してもきちんと説明いただき、安心して車を預けることが出来る整備工場で車検に出して正解でした。今回は車検でお世話になりましたが、今後も定期的オイル交換等でお願いすることになると思いますが宜しくお願いいたします。後、車検の際にホイールの超音波洗浄をお願いしましたがホイールが見違えるほど綺麗になっており驚きました（個人的には非常にオススメです）。
Previously, I was asked to inspect and change the oil at YONEMOTORS's Tama certified maintenance factory for one year, but since a new YONEMOTORS certified maintenance factory was opened in Ikebukuro, Ikebukuro has been closer to my home since then. We ask you here because it is convenient.
I asked for a vehicle inspection this time, but I was impressed by the fact that the customer was kind enough to think about the diagnosis, lean maintenance, and defects from the customer's point of view. I had you explain the maintenance contents properly, and I sent it to the car inspection at the maintenance shop where I can leave my car with confidence and it was the correct answer. This time, I was taken care of by the vehicle inspection, but I think that I will continue to ask for regular oil changes, etc. Thank you. Later, at the time of the vehicle inspection, I asked for ultrasonic cleaning of the wheels, but I was surprised that the wheels were so beautiful that they could be mistaken (I personally highly recommend them).
