★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目の前に畑もあり、自家製を含めて地域の農産物を使っての創作料理。野菜中心というと精進料理を想像しますが、美味しくて、一つ一つが芸術的です。
ランチは2000円〜2500円ですが、野菜の小鉢側の並んだ前菜はちょっと一つ一つ側のとても工夫されています。メインも充分。お米もとても美味しい。
一品一品説明も丁寧で、いい感じで声かけしていただいきました。
連れてきていただいたので、クレジットカード使用出来るかは確認できませんでした。
住宅街から遠く、幹線通り沿いでもなく、周りに何もないのですが、新東名浜松SAにはスマートインターも近いので、わざわざ途中で降りて立ち寄っても良いかも。

どれも美味しかった?また行きたいな〜と思うけど、お値段もいいので常連になる程はいけないかな〜
でも心遣いも細かく行き届いていてホントに居心地良かった❤️
コロナ対策のガラスがあるので、シェアできないのも残念だった?

若いオーナーは、畑を幾つか所有、
テーブル席から その一つの畑が隣に見れて、その実っている野菜で美味しいお料理を提供して下さっています。
昨日訪問時には、こだわりの前菜二種と メインパスタを一つ選び、ドルチェは、三品から選べ コース料理となっています。
入り口には、焼きたてパンの販売もあり、帰りにパンも買って来ました。
予約無しでも大丈夫ですが、少し待ちますので、やはり訪問前には、予約のお電話を入れた方が良いかと思います。
お料理もドルチェもこだわりがあり
とても美味しく頂けました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチを頂きました。期待通り野菜がとにかく美味しい。そして軽くトーストされて出てくる自家製パンもビックリする程美味しかったです。
料理が出るまでに時間がかかるので、時間と心に余裕のある時に行くのがおすすめです。
次回はドルチェも頂きたいし、ディナーにも行ってみたいです♪

個人的にはソースや味付けがもう少し優しい方が好みです。
テーブルにはアクリル版が設置され、店内は環境がしっかりとされています。アルコール消毒の用意もあり、安心して食事を楽しむことができました。

野菜中心に、素材そのものも素晴らしく、それを引き立てる調理がまたすごい。
二歳の子供と伺いましたが、子供用メニューが充実すると尚、嬉しいです。
追記です。
行く度に感動あり、贅沢過ぎるかなと思いながらも毎月伺っています。子供のメニューにも対応頂き、感謝！子連れでこのクラスのお料理を頂けるところは、むしろ超貴重です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から気になっていたお店です。今日やっとランチに行けました。さわらと大根の前菜 大根の葉のソース ほのかにピリ辛で緑鮮やかで美味しくいただきました。次に出て来たサツマイモの前菜は抜群でした?デザート❓を思わせる一品でした?パスタは新イカ?と万願寺唐辛子 カラスミのオイルパスタ?をチョイス
どこのお店に行っても、よくパスタは食べるけどノーティスほどチンチン(熱さ)で出て来たことないです。本当に美味しい?メインの静岡育ちのホホ肉の煮込みもとろけます。
多分奥さまなんでしょうが、一生懸命お料理の説明をして下さりとても好感がもてました。

Lovely, local, tasty vegetables; beautiful presentation; the fish and meat have great texture; and the owners are polite and kind.
Their drinks were lovely - very flavourful and refreshing.
If you like healthy food and high quality, creative cooking its definitely recommended.
The attached bakery also offer splendid healthy breads.
