★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頸椎の手術をして人工の骨を埋め込んだせいなのか首の痛みや肩こり腰痛に悩まされ、手術後に仕事に復帰しましたが休むばかりで辞めようか考えるほどでしたが、それまで信用していなかった整骨院に藁をつかむ気持ちで通い始め普通に夜勤まで出来るようになりました。
本当に助かりました。
筋膜剥離は痛かったですがその後の楽になること！
マッサージでは的確に固まった筋肉をほぐしてくれます。
電気も種類があるようで酷い時は何種類かの電気を当ててくれて良くなります。
本当にここに来て良かった。
ただ人気すぎて予約がとりずらいのが難点か？
I was suffering from neck pain and stiff shoulders and back pain probably because I had an artificial bone in my cervical spine surgery, so I returned to work after the surgery, but I was thinking about quitting because I just took a rest, but I trusted it until then. I started going to the osteopathic clinic, which I didn't have, with the feeling of catching straw, and now I can work until night shift.
That was a really big help.
