★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やはり老舗名店。刺身一品づつの対面オーダーしましたのて写真は撮れませんでしたが、何を頂いても下ごしらえから味付けまで丁寧さが実感できます。
すべて旨いの一言しか出て来ませんでしたね。
鯨の刺身、全然鯨の臭みがなく、トロより旨いかも。
シャリは食べれば口の中でホロホロに。
海苔は普段食べているスーパーの海苔とは別次元。焼きたての厚焼き玉子は至極。
After all a well-established well-known store. I couldn't take a photo because I ordered each sashimi one by one, but no matter what you got, you can feel the politeness from preparation to seasoning.
Everything was just a good word.
There is no whale sashimi, no whale smell, and it may be better than Toro.
Shari is gulp in your mouth if you eat it.
Nori is a different dimension from the seaweed that we usually eat. The freshly baked thick egg is the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年中ほぼ無休、夜中の2時くらいまでやっている、小上がりも多く、重宝しています。お通し、おまかせ刺身、おまかせ寿司、ビール2杯で8000円くらいか。
