私は喪主ではなかったのでスタッフさんとのやり取りはわからないですが、基本的に良い対応をして頂けたと思います。
親族で集まって2階の控え室でにぎやかにされる方もいると思いますが、やはり人の死と向き合うところであり、1階では通夜・葬儀で涙されている方が多いです。
子どもでも大人でも、節度を持って控え室で過ごされるならいい環境・設備だと思います。
 I was taken care of at the funeral of my grandparents.
I wasn't the mourner, so I don't know how to interact with the staff, but I think they basically responded well.
I think there are people who get together with their relatives and get busy in the waiting room on the 2nd floor, but they are still facing the death of people, and on the 1st floor, there are many people who are weeping at nights and funerals.
Whether you are a child or an adult, I think it is a good environment and equipment if you can spend time in the waiting room with moderation.
