j	jewell bia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまに肉々しいステーキが食べたくなることがあるんですけど、なかなか売ってるとこがないんですよ。A5の黒毛とかじゃなくて赤くて噛むと肉の味がするやつ。さいしょ石川に行ったんですけど、ステーキは高級な国産牛しかなくて。ネットで調べたら興味深いこちらのお店を見つけたので、早速行ってきましたよ。このエリア、雰囲気ありますね。知りませんでした。中に入るとたしかにアジア系食材や、冷凍のレア食材がたくさん売ってます。しかし驚いたのは、ショーケースの牛肉です。オージーとウルグアイだったような気がしますが、メチャメチャ安いです。モノもいいです。うまいです。輸入ビーフにありがちな固くて脂っこくて旨味がない、のではなくて、柔らかくて旨味があるお肉です。お店の人の雰囲気もよいです。これはいいとこ見つけました。 Sometimes I want to eat a meaty steak, but it's hard to sell it.
