h	hiroki konno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食事がとても美味しい！今年のホテル会食で最も美味しかった。 Wi-Fiがとても弱い、と言うか機能していない。また、収容人数の割にはトイレが少ない点がマイナスポイントかな？ The food is very delicious! It was the most delicious at this year's hotel dinner. Wi-Fi is very weak or not working. Also, is it a minus point that there are few toilets for the capacity?

Check-in customer service It was great very well! But at the Karin izakaya below Sakura Nagatsuka with poor customer service I am very sorry that there is a clerk I think you should review it The atmosphere is nice Even though the sake and food are delicious It's a waste.
ノ	ノブさんだよ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3〜4 階は、2年前に改装したので、新しかったです。ツインバードの冷蔵庫は静音ですので夏場は良いですね。 POLAのシャンプー・リンス・ボディソープは、泡立ちが良く、泡切れが良く、香りも高級感有りです。朝食は、美味しい和定食( 味噌汁、ご飯のおかわりが出来る )。御飯が炊き立てあきたこまち… 最高です❗️朝食会場にはテレビ有ります。難点なのが… 岩盤浴まで、一旦外に出て、2〜3分歩くので、冬場は大変かもしれません。浴室内コンセントがあるのもポイント高いです。お部屋が狭いため、旅行カバンは必然的にテーブルの上に置くしかないところは残念でした。枕元で全ての電気を操作出来ます。駐車場は、宿泊者が無料の立体駐車場が隣に有ります。電車で来られるかたは、横手駅まで歩いて１分( メトロポリタンホテルのように繋がってはいません )なので、非常に便利だと思います。お部屋の位置が良かったのかもしれませんが、大変静かでしたので、朝までぐっすり眠れました。じゃらんでも《 1位》でしたので、また宿泊したいと思いました。 The 3rd and 4th floors were new as they were renovated two years ago. The difficulty is ... It may be difficult in winter because you go out to the bedrock bath and walk for 2 to 3 minutes. The point is also high that there is an outlet in the bathroom. It was a pity that the travel bag was inevitably placed on the table due to the small room. All electricity can be operated at the bedside. The parking lot is next to a multi-storey car park that is free for guests. If you can come by train, it's a 1-minute walk to Yokote Station (it's not connected like the Metropolitan Hotel), so I think it's very convenient. The location of the room may have been good, but it was so quiet that I slept soundly until morning. Even if it was Jalan, it was "1st place", so I wanted to stay again.
m	moon akira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 県民割＆横手市宿泊助成で3回利用させてもらいました。常にフロントの方は丁寧な対応でした。とても良かったです。チェックアウト時は自動精算機でスムーズです。とても過ごしやすいホテルだと思います。 1階の居酒屋も納得できる良心的なお店です。朝食の和定食はいつも満足でした。 I used it three times with the prefectural discount and Yokote City accommodation subsidy. The front desk was always polite. It was very good. Check-out is smooth with an automatic checkout machine. I think it's a very comfortable hotel. It is a conscientious shop that can be convinced by the izakaya on the first floor. The Japanese set meal for breakfast was always satisfying.
郷	郷里美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅から近いのが1番ありがたい。さらに駅の目の前にあるビジネスホテルにもかかわらず、ゆうゆうプラザの温泉に何回も入ることが出来て、必要に駆られて宿泊したにもかかわらず、旅行気分を味わえていい朝を迎えられた。朝食も普通に美味しい。秋田県民割りも使えておやすいし言うことなし！ I am most grateful that it is close to the station. Furthermore, despite being a business hotel in front of the station, I was able to enter the hot springs of Yu Yu Plaza many times, and even though I stayed at the hotel when I needed it, I had a nice morning to feel like traveling. Was done. Breakfast is usually delicious. Akita Prefectural Discount is also easy to use and there is nothing to say!
お	おかきのき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて宿泊。夜まで宿泊者用にコーヒーの飲めるラウンジがあるのは良い。が、当日はもう空になっていたので諦めた。近くの飲食店のクーポンももらえるのでそれを使って飲みに行くのは便利。また宿泊者は連携している施設で大浴場や露天風呂の利用も可能なのも良い。駅に近くて便利でした。 Stayed for the first time. It's nice to have a coffee lounge for guests until night. However, I gave up because it was already empty on that day. You can also get a coupon for a nearby restaurant, so it's convenient to use it to go out for a drink. It is also good that guests can use the large public baths and open-air baths at the facilities they cooperate with. It was convenient because it was close to the station.

鄭	鄭惟駿 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same price but huge difference from friends‘ rooms. We got the smaller room even there lots of available “normal” size room. The reception had a really bad attitude. It’s a really bad experience I stay in this hotel. Very horrible night.
