★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 登りになってる会館への道路は冬に有難いホットロードに なってることが利用者には良いが、雪の時期でも遠方から来館される方など、駐車場の区画が分かりづらいと感じました。
It is good for users that the road to the hall, which is climbing up, is a thankful hot road in winter, but I felt that it was difficult to understand the compartments of the parking lot, such as those who came from afar even during the snowy season.

こんな所にあるんだぁ～というのが第一印象でした
駐車場は市民会館の周り以外にもあるのでしょうか・・・とても少なく感じましたね
建物自体には古さも感じられますが中に入ると明るくキレイさが保たれていて古さは感じられませんでした

The building itself feels old, but when you go inside, it is bright and beautiful, and you can't feel the oldness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 107号側・旧東高校側のどちらからのアクセスも坂が急で危ない。
施設自体老朽化が進行しているし、早期の新築移転が望ましい。
Access from both the 107 side and the former East High School side is dangerous because the slope is steep.
The facility itself is aging, and it is desirable to relocate to a new building as soon as possible.
