細かい事は言われないで割と自由。
管理されなくてもやる事はやる、という雰囲気の学校です。
広々した敷地は自然がいっぱいで、大きな木がたくさんあり、夏はセミが煩いくらいに鳴いてます（笑）
春は桜が、秋は紅葉がきれいです。

横手OBOGは総じて優秀なのだが飾らない校風と、卒業生の格差が気にならないレベルではない。

噂によるとグラウンドで立ちションしてる人もいたらしい。
この通り学力はもちろん民度もとても高く良い学校。
顔面偏差値は低い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 応援部に体罰があり4月は殴られたり怒鳴られたりしてキツイです。(添付画像の比じゃないです)2年以降は殴る側にならなければいけません。勉学の方は(先生次第ですが)良いと思います。
There is corporal punishment in the cheering club and it is hard to be beaten or yelled in April. (It is not the ratio of the attached image) After 2 years, you have to be the hitting side. I think that those who are studying are good (depending on the teacher).
