元々は増田町西成瀬小学校でありました。
増田町内の小学校が統合されたのを機に公民館として使用されております。
環境としてWi-Fiが無いためこれを必要とするイベントや教師では自身で用意して頂く必要があります。
とは言え、「有料又は営利目的とする催物の場合」を除けば使用料がかかりません。
体育館も130人規模ですので、レクレーションなら大変使い勝手が良い大きさです。
そうした施設の他に、資料も満載で吉乃鉱山や言葉先生とも言われる遠藤熊吉先生の功績を知り得ることができる施設でもあります。
ぜひ足を運んで頂きたいと思います。

Since there is no Wi-Fi as an environment, events and teachers who need this must prepare it by themselves.
However, there is no usage fee except for "paid or commercial events".
The gymnasium also has a capacity of 130 people, so it is a very convenient size for recreation.
